I do a monthly 20% water change (about 12 gallons) with purified tap water and Instant Ocean salt. I add Kent 2 part every other day to keep Ca and Alk in line. I clean pumps, skimmer, and plumbing bi-monthly. I top off everyday with purified tap water. I scrape the glass once a week. I feed the tank every other day with 1 cube of frozen prime reef mixed with a pinch of Omega 1 marine flake, and a pinch of shrimp pellets all soaked in Zoecon from Kent, also a capful of DT'S Phytoplankton.

I see good coral growth from all species, the fish seem healthy as well. Everyone seems to get along except for the snails and hermits. I do not suggest hermit crabs in a reef tank with snails. To be honest I don't test the water much anymore, only when things look wrong. Other than a bit of hair algae the only pest I'm battling is the majano anemone. Which I inject with a Kalkwasser paste at the stem. Doesn't seem to stop the little bastards. The tank seems to have found a nice balance.
